"Every time I inspect a homeowners pool enclosure I check to make sure that the tapcons, the fasteners that hold the enclosure to the deck, are in good condition. If they are rusted, broken, crumbling, or missing, I suggest a tapcon change to maintain the integrity of the enclosure and keep it securely anchored to the slab before the next storm sends it pinwheeling across the neighbors yard. I only use Blue-tap fasteners and the Pro-tect cap system. They look phenomenal and last years longer than some of the more traditional options" - Dylan Bennett, Bold City Screens

If you can tell you need a screw change, get one. It's cheaper than your insurance premium. :)
